Delicious meals here were top-notch! 🍴

Everything was good, personnel was knowledgeable and excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory and well presented with selction and selction of food, as for instance.

Good size of the room in the good location. Great pool with lovely garden and small pool for kids. Really good choice of food for breakfast. Staff was lovely and helpful. There is free parking space outside the hotel. Great value for the price paid through Booked.net

Great location! It's super convenient, right in the center, perfect for strolling around after enjoying tapas and sherry. Plus, all the restaurants and bars are close by 🍷. You can even easily walk to Plaza del Caballo from here.

Staff were really great and the reception staff orginised lots of our trips. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady was fantastic and always left us little treats in the room. The food and service was excellent and the hotel was spotless. Really enjoyed the stay and it is the second time I have stayed there and would stay again.

The beds were the best thing about the hotel as they were so comfy. I also liked the fact that they have free wifi throughout the hotel

The hotel has a wonderful location just off the center, making it ideal for exploring the area on foot. The staff are exceptionally nice, and the early check-in and comfortable bar were a great bonus. The breakfast was superb and satisfying, with a wide selection of food available, including options for a "sin gluten" diet. The hotel offers excellent service, and the parking is conveniently located close by. having free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a definite plus.

The hotel is approx. 20min walk into the centre. The staff are very well trained and polite. The hotel was quiet but just how i like it and nice and peaceful. Lovely 4day break.

The swimming-pool is fantastic because Jerez may be very hot ... so it is ok for an afternoon break !! The room was really cool, quite big and with a nice bathroom !

Atmosphere, staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you, the pool, the chambermaid always did a brilliant job of tidying and cleaning our room (she even folded my top), reception staff were courteous, polite and so helpful, breakfasts were fab! The hotel itself was lovely, very old Spanish.

Just one thing really. The wif-fi wasn't great and there was only one computer for 350 guests so maybe more computers with internet access would have been good and you often had to queue to use it.

Rooms with a nice view of the garden 🌳. Lots of tasty breakfast options. The pool is great, and parking is conveniently close. The staff at the front desk and beyond are friendly and helpful.

Hotel was great and staff lovely. the people at the front desk were extremely professional.

My only complaint was the limited hours for the pool. No swimming before noon or after 8pm. In July it would be nice to have 11-21 at least.

It was modern and we would stay here again. Everything was nice, excellent location close to city centre, the staff were excellent! Location: the hotel was close to the nearby garden, the historical center, and Jerez For work. Truly enjoyed their carbonated drinks, served in the poolside bar.
